General tips applicable for any kind of commercial and residential plots :

• Plot selection should be done after close assessment and history of the desired location, nature of soil, topography, surroundings, shapes, intersections and other criteria , through a good Vastu Shastri only.
• Plot and building should be perfect in square or rectangle in shape.
• The construction of the building should be more towards Southwest than the Northeast.
• Closed Spiral staircase should not be constructed at any corner part of the premises.
• There should be no cuts and extensions except than NE at any corners of the plot and building
• Main entrance should be at the positive grids or direction of the plot.
• T- Junctions should be at the positive position.
